Shipping & Delivery Options
We will send a notification via email to acknowledge that we have received your order. We aim to send out your items within 1-4 working days upon verification of payment and shipping address. LOCAL ORDERS We offer several shipping/delivery options for you to choose from. 1. SingPost Normal Mail This is normal mail and will be sent to you via SingPost. Your package will be delivered in your mailbox. Please note that NO tracking number and service is available for normal postage. Hence, option for normal postage is at customer's own risk. We will not be held responsible for any lost mail. Delivery Time: 3 - 14 working days (as stated in Singpost website) 2. SmartPac Singapore: This option is always recommended. Smartpac option will give you a tracking number that you can use to trace your package at www.singpost.com. - If you are not available at home when the package is delivered, the postman will place your package in your letterbox. Hence, kindly ensure that there is enough space in your letterbox for the postman to leave your package in. If there is insufficient space in your letterbox, the postman may issue a delivery advice for you to collect your package at your nearest Post Office. - In the event that the tracking status on www.singpost.com is "Delivered", package is assumed to be in the letterbox or delivered to door step. Kindly note that the customer will be responsible for lost package and will have to liaise with Singapore Post for recovery of lost package. *Fees imposed by Singapore post of SGD $2.00 for proof of delivery will be borne by customer. - Delivery time: 2 - 3 working days (as stated in Singpost website) 3. Self Collection Customers who have indicated that they would like to self collect their purchases, will be given the location to do so at an agreed date and time via email. Self collection is only available at Yishun Central. ****************************************************************************************************************************** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We do accept international orders. Shipping options are as such : 1) Singpost Air Parcel Service - This is normal shipping and will be sent to you via SingPost and their national postal partners. Your package will be delivered in your mailbox. Delivery time: 3-4 weeks. 2) Easyship Easyship is an international shipping solution offering multiple courier options. Customers may opt for the courier services that they prefer from the Easyship dashboard. * Kindly note that shipping costs only include package and shipping service. Customers will have to bear any custom duties and taxes (if applicable) that are stipulated by their respective countries.
Return Policy
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE ASKING FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Refunds and exchanges will not be entertained if reasons cited are as the following : 1) Actual colour of item ordered not similar to colour seen in photo. We do our very best to upload photos that depict the colour as close as to the original. However do bear in mind that about 10% of actual colours may be affected by lighting and/or the variation of colours of the monitor display. 2) Item is slightly different than that described. We are not liable for minor differences in the item as description is provided by the supplier of the item. Kindly allow 2-3 cm error in measurement which may be attributed to human or production error during the manufacturing process. 3) Defects in item caused by customer's intended purpose or carelessness. 4) Personal dissatisfaction or dislike towards item. However, customers may request for refund or exchange for the following reasons : 1) Defects in item caused by manufacturer or supplier team. 2) Item recalled by supplier or manufacturer for valid reasons. In such cases, customers may write to us at randrimpressions@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item or notice for recall. Item to be returned must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with its tag intact and in its original packaging. We strongly advise customers to return the items using a traceable delivery method so that we can keep track of its status. We will not bear responsibility for any lost or damaged return mail. Postage/delivery costs shall be borne by customers. Return items must reach us within 14 calendar days from the day the customer receive the item. We shall not accept any returns that reach us after the 14-day policy. Refunds ********** Refund will be made to the customer's mode of payment. Please note that refund is only for cost of item and does not include custom tax or duties and shipping costs. Exchanges ************** An exchange can be done with another item of similar or higher value, subject to stock availability. Sales Policy ************** All items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases where the mistake is by our party.
Tracking Order
1) No tracking is available for normal shipping or self collection done by a party approved by customer. 2) Customers who opt for Smartpac or Easyship will have been given the tracking number of their package. - To track status of Smartpac package, please do so at www.singpost.com - To track status of package via Easyship, please do so at www. easyship.com
