FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I make a purchase ?
Click on the product image to open up additional information about it. Then select the size you want and click on the 'ADD TO CART' to purchase. You can still continue browsing the online store or directly go to the basket to review and amend the contents of your basket to complete your order. You will need to register your personal details with us before your order can be processed. Before confirming your order you will be asked to review and amend your order details on the BASKET menu.
How fast will my order be processed ?
Upon receiving your order, we will send out an acknowledgement email. Then a check will be performed to verify your payment. Once the verification has completed, the order will be processed within the same day, or the next business day. Orders that are placed over the weekend/public holidays will be processed on the next following business day.
Can I cancel or amend my order ?
If you have submitted your order and would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at randrimpressions@gmail.com. We will do our best to attend to your request, however, do note that we will not be able to accede to any change request once the item is shipped out.
What should I do if I am not able to complete my purchase online ?
If you experience any difficulties completing or submitting your order online, please let us know at randrimpressions@gmail.com so that we can help you with it.
What if I receive a wrong or defective item ?
Contact us at randrimpressions@gmail.com together with a photo of the wrongly-sent or defective item and your order number for us to look into it.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal, Bank Transfer and Paynow. All prices on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
